Update Products by Product ID or SKU

Does it work with variable products and product variations?
Yes. Variable product parents get their own dedicated tab and each variation is a single row with attributes written as Color: Red | Size: M. You can create new variations directly from the sheet by leaving the Variation ID blank and filling in the Parent ID and attributes.
Can I create new products and customers from the sheet, or only update existing ones?
Both. Leave the Product ID blank, fill in a Name, and pull — WooSheet SmartSync creates the product in WooCommerce. Leave the Customer ID blank, fill in an Email, and pull — a new customer account is created. SKU, price, and stock are optional on creation.
Is my Google account data safe? What access does the plugin request?
WooSheet SmartSync uses the official Google OAuth flow and requests access to Google Sheets and a single Drive file only. It does not access Gmail, your full Google Drive, or any other Google service. You can disconnect in one click from the plugin admin.
What WooCommerce product types are supported?
Simple, virtual, variable, grouped, and external products are all supported. Downloadable products include file URL, download limit, and download expiry fields — fields that most sheet connectors do not sync.
How does the automatic sync schedule work?
You can configure a scheduled pull that runs every 15 minutes, hourly, or up to once daily — WooCommerce cron handles the schedule. You can also enable auto-push so that whenever a product or customer is saved in WordPress, the sheet is updated immediately. A full sync log records every run.
Does one licence cover multiple stores?
Each licence covers one domain on a yearly subscription basis. Your subscription includes free plugin updates and priority support for as long as it remains active. Renewal keeps your sync running and ensures compatibility with future WooCommerce versions.
